GI Implementation

Stormwater Terraces
Rain Basin

Doesn’t take street water, but you will have the option to eventually connect your roof downspout with slight modifications

Cut in curb so that it can take and treat stormwater from the street

More effective at treating stormwater

Both of these GI options act as small detention basins in the terrace area between the road and the sidewalk. They both have some associated storage and reduce storm runoff until they are full.
